Ahiaoma provides a digital marketplace platform that connects food producers and sellers with buyers. We facilitate the discovery, negotiation, and transaction process but are not a party to the actual sales contracts between users.
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of their products. All products must comply with Nigerian food safety regulations and standards.
Transactions are processed through our secure payment partners. Ahiaoma may charge service fees for successful transactions, which will be clearly disclosed.
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or any actions that harm the platform or other users.
All content on the platform, including logos, text, and software, is the property of Ahiaoma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other reason.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised by sellers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
